I primarily utilize Foundation Training which is a profound bodyweight exercise and breathing practice that restores natural movement patterns. I also use lightweight portable training tools like the TRX Suspension Trainer and other effective methods. These are invaluable for living more comfortably in your body and feeling well every day.

Training with me is for people from all walks of life and levels of "fitness" or not. Golfers, yogis, desk workers, seniors, people with chronic pain, and spiritual teachers are some of the populations I have worked with and it is amazing to see them all regain their confidence and feel more wholeness and wellness in their bodies.
